What differentiates Paws on Pine from all of the other dog walking and pet sitting services in the area?

Paws on Pine is different because we give your pets individualized and personalized care and make sure you are comfortable when you are away from your furry family. We don’t do “pack” walks. We walk each dog separately as they are accustomed to by their owners. Cats also get special attention. In addition to feeding them and changing their litter and water, they get play time and company. We employ animal lovers and owners who love your pets like their own.

 

What if there is an emergency?

If there is ever an emergency, you will be contacted immediately. If your local vet isn’t available, we have several options in the immediate area.

 

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, personal checks, cash, PayPal and Venmo. PayPal and credit cards are subject to an additional 4% fee.

 

Are your services available outside of Lower Manhattan?

Paws on Pine will make exceptions for dogs and cats outside our service area. Please inquire at info@pawsonpine.com.

 

Are you insured and bonded?

Paws on Pine is fully insured and bonded.

 

Can I pick the person that walks my dog/ watches my pet?

You can request a walker/pet sitter, however, we usually schedule walkers/sitters based on day/time.

 

Does Paws on Pine have any recommendations regarding veterinarians and pet stores?

We highly recommend the Seaport Animal Hospital, Petropolis and Petland.

 

Does Paws on Pine do overnight pet sitting?

Currently we are not offering overnight services.
